The Project Scope:

Metropol Industries is an industry leading full service Print House located in Victoria BC, and has an established reputation for excellence, reliability, and expertly crafted print production. Metropol is proudly local, and has a strong sense of determination to simply put it, make cool stuff.

Having had my start in the design world working at Metropol, it’s safe to say I’ve learned so much from their 20+ years of expertise in the print world. Their culture is heavily intertwined with the Victoria arts & entertainment scene, so it’s hard not to feel inspired walking into their building.

I noticed a common theme throughout my time at Metropol; so often folks would walk in either inspired by a project idea, not knowing how to approach it - or knew they needed a solution but didn’t know it existed. Sometimes they had a clear vision of what they wanted to create but didn’t know how.

Product education was the biggest barrier, and I knew social media was one of the best tools to tackling it.

I created a social media plan based on the content pillars of fostering inspiration & education, showcasing all of the amazing services Metropol has to offer, and how clients could achieve a design solution that fit their needs best.
